The results of the call FIRST 2020, section 1 e section 2. As part of the Topic 1.2.1-2020 Genetic conservation and animal feeds – Sub-topic B – Alternative animal feeds (HE), the project SURFOLY “SUstainable Ruminants Feed with OLive pomace and polYphenols enriched charred olive stone”, led by the University of Perugia and partners from Lebanon and Morocco, presented with the support of Noesis, was financed.
BEFORE – Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area it is the most ambitious joint program to be undertaken in the framework of Euro-Mediterranean cooperation.
PRIMA LOOK AT:
“Promote research and innovation and develop common innovative knowledge and solutions for agri-food systems in order to make them sustainable; improve the supply and integrated management of water in the Mediterranean area, in order to make it more resilient to the climate, efficient, convenient and sustainable from a social and environmental point of view, and help solve the problems of water scarcity, sicurezza alimentare, nutrition, health and wellness”.
PRIMA also aims to contribute to the Agenda 2030 of the United Nations through the achievement of the sustainable development goals (SDG).
